In general, alternative treatments for inhaled allergies are not effective. Homoeopathic preparations usually have only a short-term effect, bioresonance has no serious reputation, and various teas, oils or tinctures have not been able to compete with anti-allergic drugs.
The best results have been achieved with traganth root extract (Astragalus membranaceus) or black cumin seed oil (Nigella sp.).
In many cases, there needs to be scientifically proven studies on the effect of alternative methods on allergies. Some remedies may provide relief, but you should never expect a cure. This includes acupuncture, which can only relieve symptoms, not the cause of an allergy.
